WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched, this will include your courier and your tracking reference. You can also login to your account to see order updates. Alternatively please Contact us and we can provide you with an update.


CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or edit the order. This includes any address changes.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR A PRODUCT THAT DID NOT SHIP?

All payment for orders will be taken once the order is placed. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and process a refund to the payment method used to place the order.


WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR SHIPPING NOTIFICATION EMAIL?

If you've checked your spam and trash folders and still cannot locate your confirmation or shipping emails, send us a quick request  .


WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION OR A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

CAN'T FIND THE PRODUCT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR OR IT'S OUT OF STOCK?

The some of the Prodouct may out of stock due to Regional reason, please contact us , will update the inventory ASAP.


WHAT IS PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY?

We do not offer credits or refunds for price adjustments and will not price match competitors or dealers.
